This Past Monarch fez is made of felt. The M.O.V.P.E.R. is jeweled with a double row of Crystal Rhinestones and outlined with gold wire. The sunburst is a gold background with rays of Aurora Borealis stones and Gold Bullion. The Mokanna is outlined with Aurora Borealie stones and gold wire and there are Crystal stones in horns. The fez is finished with a 25-Inch purple tassel tac-sewn on the left (as worn) and has a 4-row rhinestone band and a sweatband.
