This Past Monarch fez is made of felt. The M.O.V.P.E.R. is jeweled with a single row of Aurora Borealis Rhinestones and outlined with gold wire. The sunburst is a silver background with rays of Aurora Borealis stones anf Gold Bullion. The sunburst is outlined with gold wire. The Mokanna is outlined with purple Pearls and has Aurora Borealis stones in the horns with Bullion trim. The fez is finished with a 25-Inch purple tassel tac-sewn on the left (as worn) and has a 4-row rhinestone band and a sweatband.
