This Past Monarch fez is made of felt. The M.O.V.P.E.R. is jeweled with a single row of Crystal Rhinestones and outlined with Gold Wire. The sunburst is a gold background with rays of Crystal stones and Gold Bullion. The Mokanna head is outlined with Crystal stones and Gold Wire. The Mokanna has Crystal stones in the horns. The fez is finished with a 25-Inch purple tassel tac-sewn on the left (as worn) and has a 4-row rhinestone band and a sweatband.
